Adidas, the global leader in running launched last March 3 at the Fort, Taguig this year's The King Of The Road. KOTR has been done for ten years now but it this will be the first time that Adidas will have its regional debut in 5 countries. Thailand on March 15, Singapore on August 28, Indonesia on September 25, Malaysia on October 2, and the last leg in the Philippines on October 23.

The event is open for all participants in two categories: the 'Closed' category(Men/Women) is for local participants, the 'Open' category(Men/Women) is for international participants. The winning runner in the first four countries' 'Closed' categories(Men/Women) will be qualified for an all-expense paid trip to compete in ADIDAS KOTR 2011 in the last leg of the KOTR, the Philippines as the host country. The race in the Philippines will be held at Bonifacio Global City, The Fort, Taguig.

The theme for this year's KOTR is "Colours". Presented through variety of different colors in the participants' singlets. This year, in addition to the 5K and 21K routes, there will be a unique 16.8K route. The city race is targeted everyone who wishes to run whether you are an average runner or an athlete.

Registration is online across all countries will commenced soon at a launch of the the KOTR website. In the Philippines, participants may register online at Adidas stores located in Alabang Town Center, Glorietta 3, Powerplant Mall, RunnR, The Fort, Shangri-La Plaza, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM City North EDSA and Trinoma from June 1 to August 31.
