adidas Unveils a New Colorway of the D Rose 3 Signature Shoe

Dubbed “Brenda” the colorway pays homage to the most important person in Derrick’s life, his mother Brenda Rose.

The red nubuck upper represents her favorite color, and the crackled grainy finish represents Derrick’s upbringing in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago. The inside of each tongue has a close-up print of the D Rose family story graphic featured in the D Rose apparel collection and launch colorways. The left tongue features an inscription of “Brenda” in stylized red script while the right features Derrick Rose’s lasered signature.

500 Shaw Zentrum and Events Pavilion

The malls are part of every people's lives. It is one establishment that provides almost everything in one stop. The only problem is you have to venture through the traffic and the crowd just to maximize your time in a mall establishment. 

In Mandaluyong, there is an alternative place for you to go no further if you only need to do minimal things. Located along Shaw Blvd., 500 Shaw Zentrum is like one mall establishment that can cut you halfway without going through the traffic of the highways. It is just located not far from a residential area which makes it more convenient to go to. It opened last November 23, 2012.

What makes 500 Shaw Zentrum unique is that the place is child-friendly. It has a driveway in the upper levels that has entrance directly to the tutorial centers in the upper level. You can just simply drop off your child and a guard will make sure that your child goes safely a tutorial center. Besides that it is a child-friendly environment, 500 Shaw Events Pavilion is an ideal events venue for all occassions.

500 Shaw Zentrum is not as big as a mall but it also caters to its immediate market. Not only that it has tutorial schools but it also has a call center in one of the levels. 500 Shaw Zentrum is very selective to who gets to occupy a commercial space. They only select  tenants that conforms with their child-friendly policy. They don't accept fast food chains because they prefer food establishments with healthier standards. 500 Shaw Zentrum is located on the West route of Shaw boulevard on the left side if you are coming from EDSA.

Adventure time with Bonakid Choco Boost

Bonakid Choco Boost, a chocolate milk brand by Wyeth, has teamed up with Cartoon Network to bring Adventure Time to life with an amazing tour sure to excite school children around the metro until the middle of August. Adventure Time is one of the TV network’s most popular and engaging programs suited for active grade school children and the young at heart. The partnership seeks to encourage physical and mental engagement among kids in a fun and wholesome way.

The adventure revolves around mystery challenges that test the children’s creativity, imagination, decision making, and agility. Dressed up as Adventure Time’s character Finn, the kids are tasked to save the main character, Jake, who is trapped in a mysterious place called “Ooo”. The land of Ooo is the main setting of Adventure Time where Finn, along with his friends and foes, live. The kids are given six missions to complete, each one filled with exciting missions and challenges guaranteed to stimulate kids’ mental and physical toughness.

Participating kids have been pre-selected to join this highly interactive game, with Bonakid Choco Boost drink as an important component to help them with the bonus mission en route to the finish. This involves shooting balls into holes that represent the correct answers to three given questions about nutrients found in Bonakid Choco Boost: calcium, iron, and zinc. This task alone demonstrates the participants’ mental alertness and good physical coordination, with emphasis on the three nutrients that help support the nutritional growth and development needs of children 7 years and older.

The fun and laughter go beyond the games, with some of the participants animatedly articulating their delight during one leg of the tour. The adventure games raised the kids’ spirits so much that one participant described Bonakid Choco Boost as “life-changing”. There were even some who, obviously stimulated by their enthusiasm after a drink, asked where they can buy the milk and how much it costs.

Packed with energy and nutrients, Bonakid Choco Boost promises to inject life and excitement to play and adventure. This partnership with Cartoon Network is a testimony to that claim, bringing children’s favorite cartoons to life for an energizing and fun activity.

(HBO’s In Treatment) stars as Sam Hunter, a skilled, gutsy operative for Byzantium, a secretive private firm involved in global intelligence and espionage. After surviving an attempt on her life that may have been orchestrated by members of her own team, she returns to work, but doesn’t know who to trust.
