Mr. Troy Monsod

Last May 15, I attended a digital videography workshop organized by Canon Philippines. Since, I haven't made my own videos, I learned new ideas and maybe I could how use it for my blogs in the future. Troy Monsod was the key person handling the workshops that day from basic photography, videography, and advance photography. All three workshops were in the digital aspect. I attended because I knew I can maximize the potential of my Canon Powershot 480. There's also a photo wall were you can display your best photo you've taken. If you are a Canon user especially if you just purchased a Canon digital camera but you need to know more, just ask any Canon outlet. Canon Photoeskwela is held each weekend at different SM Malls and other non-mall venues. You can also buy a camera at their sales area in the venue.

Canon PhotoSkwela 2011 free photography workshops are open to all Canon Digital IXUS and Powershot users. Slots are limited based on venue capacity.

Wait for a call from our representative to confirm your slot. On the workshop day, don't forget to bring your camera for photography workshops, video camcorder for videography, photos and scissors for scrapbooking and a valid ID.

Walk-in participants will be accommodated based on slot availability. This will be on first come, first serve basis.

For the DLSR contest, consumers who purchased a Canon Digital IXUS and Powershot camera from May 1 to July 1, 2011 are entitled to join an exclusive photo contest. Interested parties would need to present their proof of purchase during the event day of verification.

Prizes at stake are three Canon EOS 1100D DSLRs and automatic registration to the much awaited Canon Photomarathon 2011.
