The roads are the daily obstacle or challenge for every commuter, passenger, motorist, etc. Despite the digital era, the problem of road traffic got worse. But what we can do is to monitor traffic movement and report it. From the people who made the Bayan Patrol app, now comes the Pasa-Hero app.
The PasaHero app aims to transmit traffic reports from the commuters, motorist and even traffic enforcers so the situation will be broadcast online. Just like what we are doing with the Bayan Patrol app that is helpful to gather news as it happened, PasaHero will gather traffic reports so it will help the news media to gather traffic updates from the field. Just like the Bayan Patrol app, the mobile user acts as first correspondent or source for the news report.
The launch and presentation happened at ABS-CBN and it was already operational since last quarter. Grab Taxi was also present and they fully support the app. Grab Taxi was one of the pioneers in using mobile apps for paging a cab service.
