Keso de Gallo 100 Days of Christmas In One Nation

We Filipinos are known for our festivities and the Christmas season is not exempted since we celebrate Christmas the longest. By the time the year enters September, our mindset is already the start of the Christmas season as we start to plan and prepare. Kraft Phils. and Magasaysay Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts or MIHCA won't be left behind as they kick off early with the Christmas celebration. 100 Towns, 100 Days and 100 Unique Dishes. This will revive the bayanihan spirit in us Filipinos as it won't be individually participated but the whole town.
