Turning Point 2012 With John Calub

Ever since the blockbuster movie, 2012; there were lots of questions and paranoia the media had brought. Some of the disasters are true but it was not sure if it will happen on the dreaded date Dec. 21, 2012(7:11PM on Philippine time) because the Mayans ended one of their calendars on this specific date.

Motivational Speaker John Calub made an investigation about this phenomenon. He even talked to a Mayan Daykeeper, an entrusted person who looks after the calendar. The Mayan Elder Hunbatz Men said that it was misinterpreted. The calendar never mentioned about a disaster but a new era and that they have more than one calendar. One calendar even dated till year 4000. It just so happens that the alignment of our planet and the sun to the center of the Milky Way is just purely coincidental and the NASA astronomers didn't approve that something will happen on Dec. 21, 2012.

To John Calub, no one knows when or how the world will end but he is sure that there will be transformation of the spirit and awakening. John says that if a person has negative thoughts, that person surely attracts his/her own doomsday.

Prophet of Doom or Ambassador of Hope

I believe that there is logic to what Mr. Calub told me about it. I for one was also preparing for the worse. I was anticipating mass hysteria and panic, paranoia and chaos on that date. I am making sure that if human-made catastrophe occurs, I am not sure who I can rely on. Besides that, there had many doomsday predictions that never came true.

Disasters happens all the time without warning. But what important here is that we should keep our humanity regardless of what happens. Otherwise, it will be just like the zombie apocalypse imagined from watching The Walking Dead series. All we need now is to prepare just in case but just the same, continue with our usual living.
