Sakura or cherry blossoms in English are considered the prettiest flower in Japan. It only blooms every year which is the subject for celebration in their hanami festivities. Which is also why some Japanese girls are named after this flower. Not only it's a beautiful flower, it is also their beauty secret and a good explanation why Japanese women have porcelain and youthful skin.
Last February 11 at SM Makati, Watsons held their own version of hanami to launch their newest beauty secret, SakuraBella. A hanami-inspired booth was set up to promote these new products.
There was a masseur giving you a special Japanese massage, origami making where you can learn to make paper crafts from all shapes, and having your name/word written in katakana/kanji or Japanese characters.
The launch event also showcased modern kimono-inspired fashion along with the products. The Watsons SakuraBella Hand & Body Lotion (340 ml) is formulated with Sakura extracts, Vitamin E, and olive oil to keep skin silky smooth and soft. Shower Gel (500 ml) deeply cleanses and conditions skin leaving it soft and smooth, SakuraBella Body Scrub (20 ml) is rich i glycerin and finely ground walnut shell particles.
SakuraBella is now available in all Watsons Personal Care Outlets and SM Department Stores Beauty Department.
