Manila's Sunset View At The Grand Riviera

My photo of the sunset using Canon A480
I was born in Manila. I spent my whole lifetime here. It has both tourist and historical significance. As a resident of Malate, it's not just the gimmick spots, which I rarely go to, that we Manilenos are proud of. Way before the former Baywalk, the Manila's sunset draws people to the bay area along Roxas boulevard. It is also just walking distance within Malate and Ermita. The place draws people from all walks of life. Either you are just a tourist or a resident, one must simply agree that it is such a beautiful sight.

Imagine yourself living in such place. If you are home by 5PM and relax by the window facing the bay area as the sun sets on the horizon. Moldex Realty could help you realize this. They have an ongoing construction of the along Roxas Boulevard just across the American Embassy. The Grand Riviera Suites is the ideal place to live in within a cosmopolitan area like Manila.

The Grand Riviera is a strategic place to live in. Most of the basic institutions are just stones throw away. There are universities, a hospital, a mall and even a park with historical significance, and nearest to city's gimmick areas where you can just simply walk over. Roxas Blvd. is also an easy route to the airport and even the South Harbor.
It's not the Riviera but you could have the same view at your bedroom window.

As for the amenities, it offers a lot more than just the basics. It has three pools. One outdoor, one for kids and one covered lap pool for those who are competitive in sports. For leisure, it has a kid's playground, recreational facilities for table tennis, WiFi/internet area, reading lounge with WiFi. For the fitness buffs, it has its own jogging path, fitness gym with shower. There also function areas for different occasions.
A glimpse of the Riviera for as of today.

One of the main features of the Grand Riviera is that it guarantees 24-hour security and has CCTV cameras, 4-high speed elevators, automatic fire alarm and sprinkler system. If you are interested to know more about the Grand Riviera, you can visit Moldex Realty on Facebook. They are not just known for supplying pipes and they are expanding in the real estate business as well. They have different properties in the the Metro and beyond. They have showrooms in one of their existing properties at the Grand Towers located along Vito Cruz near Rizal Memorial Coliseum. When they ask you how did you get to know about the Riviera, tell them you got the info from Vince the L.E.N.S. blogger.
