Ayala-Makati Commercial District Lights Up The Streets Once Again For The Holidays

Every year on holiday season, the Ayala commercial district in Makati always lights up and displays the holiday spirit in the buildings and the streets along Ayala Avenue, Makati Avenue and Paseo de Roxas.  Last year, the display along the street isle was old Roman Catholic Churches including my hometown Lucban church. It follows suit once again as the streets mentioned are lit up inspired by the design of church stain glasses.

Stain glasses are unique among old churches especially the traditional ones. It sets a church a landmark identity that its own.  You will also notice that there is a functioning windmill type of display that will move when the wind current is strong. Ayala Center uses LED lights so it is environment friendly and no trees are harmed for the duration of the display especially the upcoming Festival Of Lights this 15th of November.
