We are Caritas Financial Plans, Inc. a subsidiary of Caritas Health Shield, now more than 16 years in the business of Health Care Protection and fund provision service. Caritas Health Shield, Inc. is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and a certified Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) while Caritas Financial Plans, Inc. is under the strict regulation of the Insurance Commission, a newly formed government entity responsible for the accountability measures set forth between the fund provider company and the policy holders.

 

We are offering our services through our Health and Financial Investment Benefits Package (please see attached). This package covers the following: Health Care Program (Consultation/Hospitalization), Fund Provision (Pension), when additional expense requirement arise and our 4-way Insurance Benefit Package, namely, Credit Life Insurance, Term Life Insurance, Disability Benefit and Accidental death Benefit.
