Virlianie Turns 18

July 17, 2010.Manila. Virlanie Foundation held its 18th year at Sofitel Philippine Plaza. For the pat 18 years, Virlanie has worked on giving smiles back to children and celebrating its those 18 wonderful years of commitment and thanking its generous supporters while appealing  on behalf  of the street children. The proceeds of the event will go to funding operations of the L'Envol, Virlanie's home for the young adults(ages 18-21). The event was hosted by RJ Ledesma. The event was co-presented by Sofitel and supported by Data One Asia, M Lhuillier, XPO Logistics, Forsc Ink, B&C Creatives, Geiser Maclang Marketing Communications Inc. , Phil. Daily Inquirer and Phil. Tatler.

Virlanie Turns Eighteen And You're Invited

Virlanie Foundation, a largest non-sectarian, child caring institutions in Metro Manila will celebrate it's 18th anniversary on July 17, 2010 at Sofitel's Harbor Garden. Dubbed as the "only charity debut of the year", the proceeds of the events during it's 18-month period will go to the L"Envol Home.

The theme of the event is a masquerade ball - as it unmask the phenomenon of the streetchildren in the Philippines and celebrate the cause and thank old and new donors for supporting the Virlanie mission.

An exhibit about street children and success stories will be unveiled and will feature performances of the Virlanie choir and local artists.

L'Envol, Virlanie's home for young adults, aims to former street children for successful independent living outside the Foundation. L'Envol is French for "to ascend, to take flight".

The event is co-presented by Sofitel, Philippine Daily Inquirer, and is supported by Data One Asia, M Lhuilier, XPO Logistics, Forsc Ink, B&C Creatives, Geiser Maclang Marketing Communications, Inc. and Philippine Tatler.
