Uno Magazine is holding another fashion event for a cause for the benefit of World Vision. Renaissance Woman by Naomi is showcasing eight limited edition pendants. Two of these will be auctioned and the other six will be available for purchase.

Limited Edition World Vision Pendants by Naomi

The pendants will be showcased by Naomi endorser Precious Lara Quigaman, Uno cover girls Aubrey Miles, Kat Alano, Michelle Quizon and World Vision ambassador Miriam Quiambao. Naomi COO and head designer Joel Paguio designed the pendants inspired by the World Vision logo. One of the special pendants made of 100 pieces of multicolored Sapphires with total carat weight of 27.84 and 1.7 carat checkered Citrine in the center. 

World Vision is a non-government agency known for looking for child sponsorship in schooling. Besides child sponsorship, World Vision also does relief operations and community development. Renaissance Woman fashion and auction event will be held at the Genting Club, Resorts World on February 3, 2012.

Sebago Auction For A Cause

Sebago is an established name for making trademark Docksides. Recently, they had an auction for a charitable cause in celebration of its 65 years. The products they auctioned are not the usual items they sell. The items they auctioned are customized docksides made by popular celebrities and the popular designers. Among the celebrities were Phoemela Baranda, Enchong Dee, Tessa Prieto-Valdez, Jett Pangan and more names to mention. The auction was done online. The bidders filled up a coupon including the details about which item and how much is the bid and will be send via e-mail. The proceeds of the auction will go to Habitat for Humanity Philippines.

Every year, Habitat for Humanity builds houses in different areas all over the country. They build low-cost, quality houses along with the families with below-average income. With this means of helping them out, the expenses of the would-be owners of the houses will be lessened.
