Just renewed for a fourth season, this Emmy^® and Golden Globe-winning HBO Original Series returns to Asia for its ten-episode third season on Saturday, April 20 at 9pm, exclusively on HBO and HBO HD with brand new episodes airing weekly at the same time. The new season of GAME OF THRONES can also be viewed on HBO GO, currently available to subscribers in Hong Kong, 12 hours after its March 31, 2013 US debut.

At the end of season two, after the Battle of the Blackwater, the victors consolidate their power and rebuild King’s Landing. But new challengers for the Iron Throne rise from the most unexpected places. Characters old and new must navigate the demands of family, honor, ambition, love and – above all – survival, as the Westeros civil war rages into autumn.

At the start of season three, the Lannisters hold absolute dominion over King’s Landing after repelling Stannis Baratheon’s forces. Yet Robb Stark, King in the North, still controls much of the South as well, and has yet to lose a battle. In the Far North, Mance Rayder has united the wildlings into the largest army Westeros has ever seen. Only the Night’s Watch stands between him and the Seven Kingdoms, but nobody knows what happened to its Lord Commander and the force he led beyond the Wall. Coca Cola Youngstars League 2013

One summer ago, I was invited to attend a media launch of one of Coca Cola's local advocacy: The Youngstars. With collaboration of the Phil. Basketball Association, they help mold the hard court's future stars.

Once again, Coca Cola Philippines is going to have another Youngstars for 2013. The game plan is still the same. Have the youth to get involve in the biggest basketball campaign in the country. Since it is summer and school is out for couple of months, the youth needs something active to do and divert them from other juvenile temptations.

The youth can find ways to divert their attention by joining this year's Coca Cola Youngstars League 2013. Nothing better than playing basketball with the pros of PBA. Not all youth may not become professional ball players but they might become better individuals in this summer event.

According to Mamet, PHIL SPECTOR is a mythological story, and he approaches it as such, rather than as a news story. Mamet begins his film with the card, “This is a work of fiction. It’s not ‘based on a true story.’ It is a drama inspired by actual persons in a trial, but it is neither an attempt to depict the actual persons, nor to comment upon the trial or its outcome.”

Al Pacino says, “This is the first trial of Phil Spector – when he is first accused of this heinous crime. It’s all new to him in terms of the media – their reaction to it – and his introduction to Linda, who is played by Helen Mirren. And it’s their relationship, in the course of their preparation for the trial.”

Helen Mirren comments, “I think whenever you have as extreme a personality as Phil Spector was with the kind of history that he had, he is already vilified. He is made into a monster before any trial begins, so I think that was very much the case with Phil Spector, and it does happen in other cases.”

Joining Al Pacino (HBO’s You Don’t Know Jack) and Helen Mirren (HBO’s Elizabeth I) in the cast are Emmy^® nominee Jeffrey Tambor (Arrested Development) as Bruce Cutler, the original lead defense attorney on the Spector team and Golden Globe^® nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor (HBO’s Tsunami: The Aftermath) as mock prosecutor.

Defense attorney Linda Kenney Baden served as a consultant on the film, which is executive produced by Academy Award^® winner Barry Levinson and David Mamet, and produced by Emmy^® winner Michael Hausman.
