DELL PHILIPPINES HOLDS GIVING AND LEARNING SESSIONS FOR LOCAL CHARITIES

Dell Philippines recently held a Giving and Learning program at its office in Eastwood City, Libis. The program is a series of educational sessions that tackle technology, the arts, communication, music and dance; and is part of Dell's long-term commitment to support its giving partner--Tahanang Walang Hagdan, Childhope Asia, Children’s Joy Foundation and Haven for Children.

Dell team members conducted one-on-one tutorials for the people with disabilities (PWDs) of Tahanang Walang Hagdan and the kids under the Children’s Joy Foundation. The participants were offered a Computer 101 course, with modules tailored for their needs.

BAGUMBAYAN 1st and 2nd GRADERS GET UMBRELLAS FROM DELL

Just in time for the rainy season, Dell Philippines donated colorful umbrellas to Grade 1 and 2 students, teachers, and non-teaching staff of Bagumbayan Elementary School. The umbrella drive is part of the company's Make a Difference program that aims to foster employee-community involvement.

The day's activities featured a doxology performed by the Grade 2 students, as well as fun and games with 30 Dell team members representing. Among those present were Carlo Garcia, Dell’s compensation and benefit manager; Rochelle Bulan, talent acquisition manager; and Winnie Bayagna, area manager.
