October 28, 2010. The Fort. Upstart Productions, the newest theatre company hosted a party at The Establishment to announce its first major production. A musical comedy called "Breakups & Breakdowns, will run at Teatrino in Greenhills from February 18 to March 12, 2011.

You may already have an idea what the musical comedy is about as the title suggests but it also has major twists that will make you gasped as you get to the surprising revelations. Four original songs written by stage veteran Joel Trinidad and music by Rony Fortich. Cast includes Joel Trinidad, Miss Saigon US/Canada alumna Emerita Alcid, up-and-coming actor-singer Reuben Uy, and talented newcomer Jill Peña, stand-in for theatre stalwart Carla Guevarra-Laforteza).
