On Notarizing Documents

I was having my sister's document notarizing for the completion of her requirements for college,I was scouting nearby my place for notary public. Suprisingly, I couldn't find any at my nearest corner where a school and a marketplace was located. I went over till I reach Taft-San Andres where I saw a law office/notary public but it was beyond my price range. Good thing there was another near the recruitment area in Remedios.
